Hi everyone,

Serve 4-6
Prepare Time: 5-10 mins
Cooking Time: 20 mins
1 kg thigh fillet
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
3 teaspoon satay
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion (fine chop)
5 spring onion (fine chop)

Cut chicken into big chunky pieces, and then season teaspoon of salt.

Place a frying pan on the high heat stove. Put on oil, then add onion and stir for 1-2 mins or until golden brown. Then add the meat in and stir for 3 minutes.

Add all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 mins.

Stir for 2 mins or until the meat gets nice golden brown. Turn off the heat, and add spring onion and mix thoroughly once.
