Ingredients:
- 8 pieces chopped chicken
- 2 tablespoons crushed to paste Kashmiri red chili
- 100 gm butter
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon American corn kernels
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
- 50 gm powdered cashews
- powdered black pepper as required
- 100 gm corn flour
- salt as required
Prepare :
Step 1
To prepare this appetiser instruction, clean and wash chicken items and pat them dry. Then, prepare the marinade by admixture along salt, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste and Kashmiri hot pepper paste. Rub well all the chicken items with this marinade associate degreed keep aside for 0.5 an hour.Step 2
After 0.5 associate degree hour, place a kadhai on medium flame and soften half the butter in it. Now, coat the chicken items in corn flour and punctiliously place them within the kadhai, and shallow them until done. Keep aside until needed.Step 3
Then, place a pan on medium flame and soften the remainder of the butter. Add the cashew powder within the kadhai and saute till the color changes to brownness.Step 4
Finally, add the grilled chicken items within the kadhai along side the sweet corns. Stir to combine well all the ingredients and canopy the kadhai with a lid, cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with with cut coriander leaves and corn cashew chicken is prepared to eat. Enjoy!
