After finishing my military exercise last week, today starts the first day of my new life. Today starts my "Bildungskarenz", which means I get money for studying. Here in Austria I live in a paradise.

I was afraid that I will sleep to long. But I wake up at 6.30, cleaned the kitchen after my birthdayparty, drank coffee and..

...went to the computer to write an article in steemit. Certainly I have to finish a video for youtube and and I have to prepare my speech for thursday. And after that I have to do a hundred other things.

In this case it is important to have a good time management. I will write down the most important facts from my experience.

1. FINISH THE MOST IMPORTANT WORKS BETWEEN 8-12 O CLOCK IN THE MORNING

Certainly there are people that get up late but in general 90% of all companies do the majority of their work in the morning. Afterwards the energy is out. In the afternoon people will not work so efficient.

2. WRITE A TO DO LIST IN THE EVENING

Try to start as fast as possible with your work. If you make your plan for the day in the morning, it could easily happen that you begin to daydream and waste precious time. Although Pareto and Eisenhower tell you, to do the most important work first, sometimes I start with the work that I love. And afterwards I follow the different principles of time management. Although this methods are very good, try always to do your own way. Bruce Lee once said:

" Learn everything from the old masters. Afterwards forget everything and make your own style. @doityourway

3. PLAN SOME TIME FOR SURPRISES

We plan the day and then it comes different. Some work takes longer or we have to wait for a customer and then everything else is delayed. Therefore always plan some spare time for unexpected things to do. In the worst case we have to relax;-) probably together.

4. PARETO PRINCIPLE

Signore Pareto realised in his garden, that some plants bear more fruits than others. 80% of the earnings come from 20% of the plants. You find this principle in all parts of the economy. Since that time Entrepreneurs try to find their 20% of customers that bring them 80% of their earnings.

5.EISENHOWERPRINCIPLE

As a politician and general in the army he realised that he has work that is urgent and important. This jobs he did at first. Then he had jobs which were urgent and not important. He delegated this things. The third group are the important but not urgents instructions. These he postponed. And he deleted the last group, orders that are not important and not urgent. Normally we spend most of the time with the last group;-)

How is your time management?

Which principles work good and which do jo reject?

But never forget. Always do it your way;-)
