This weeks yard sale finds!

Good evening, friends! Who is having an awesome weekend?!

Guilty! We've been hitting sales since Thursday, so 3 days in a row. We're avid yard salers, so we absolutely love it! As they say, one man's trash is another's treasure. I didn't really understand that as a kid, but it makes perfect sense now.

We picked up quite a bit to resale, and have already made more than we spent on everything with TWO things. They were 14k gold necklaces, I suppose the owner didn't know what she had. After sticking a magnet to them to confirm they're real, we pretty much went straight to sell them so we didn't think to take a picture. We spent $2.00 on them and sold them same day for $130. That covered the rest of the items we bought. Including...

A Huskee tiller that's been used once. The best part? It barely needed anything. I did need to order a part for the fuel tank, but i'll tell you about that later. Total price with parts: $42 I expect to atleast double my money.

A Craftsman drill press. It doesn't look like this has even been used, it's just dusty. After a clean up we expect to atleast triple the $30 we spent.

Four new in box 300 watt amplifiers. Seriously, these still have the wrappers with all the papers and wiring harness. Honestly, i'm no car audio expert. I can install it, that's about it. However if we can turn our $5 a piece into $30 a piece, i'll be happy.

While we got these to sell, my wife and I did pick up a few things to keep. We've been wanting a ceiling fan in our room to help combat this Tennessee heat, so we found a like new one for $3, which I will be installing tomorrow. We also picked up a dvd player for $1.
