While Ray Kurzweil does not speak about STEEM his thoughts should be shared with our community. You are only as good as the 5 people you hang out with ... let Ray be one of those people today.
From my perspective, AI are like infants learning how to get along in the world. The STEEM community (from what I have seen) rewards good behaviour which means better contributions. So if you wanted to train an AI would you want this child to play in a playground full of education and joy or Facebook.
