I am so obsessed with fitness and spin and eating healthy I thought I should share. What I eat in a day and my fitness and workout routine is the same everyday. I spin and do barre classes and eat vegan/plant based which helps me get in shape for summer and stay healthy for summer and stay healthy all year around!
