Do you have a morning ritual? Of course you have. We go through it every single day without much thought put into it. However I encourage us to pay a little more attention to it now, as our morning routine can dictate a lot about our work, our mood, and our outlook.
As an example, recently I've been feeling down or stuck and discovered a lot of that stems from my morning routine. A few weeks ago I was sleeping in, not exercising, and overall I had a unproductive day. It started to make me feel empty inside and realized I felt that way because that was my morning ritual.
Once I added structure to it though, everything started to pick back up again. So here's what I did and how you can follow it as well to have a awesome day!
