I feel like today, we have an issue where too many of us don't understand how to feel important.
We live empty, spiritless lives, too afraid to ask important questions about eternity and truth.
There's a silent assumption that we should all know religion is fake, that the world is solved by science.
But I think we forgot to follow that to it's conclusion, that there's no true value to the human experience.
We live in an empty world where we all go through the motions simply because it's what we were told to do, a world built by ghosts. Looking in, I found that until I was able to reconcile spiritually with what value itself was in this world, what meaning even meant, that I could not be happy. For how can you be happy in a world you were taught was worthless? Just chance? That you're random and shouldn't feel special? That consciousness is an accident?
All of this taught to us without proof, without humility that maybe we don't know as much as we think.
So open your mind, and remember what it's like to know nothing, to ask questions, and try to find a place where you're comfortable just existing, because existing is special, mysterious, and magical in it's own right.
Popularity is hollow, don't try to please the masses, you never will. Learn what's important to you, to your spirit, and I'm sure you'll begin to feel important again too.
