When you eat that first piece of chocolate for the day it is amazing! As you continue to eat more and more chocolate throughout the day, the "feel good" effect diminishes. There"s an interesting video about addiction that I want to show you guys. Many of you guys might have seen it but it sends a pretty strong message:


I have struggled with addiction my whole life. I just couldn't have one because one is too many and a thousand is never enough. I worked hard to find the right balance in life and my life has now gotten substantially better. If you have the right balance in life with things you will be able to have that "feel good feeling"(aka dopamine rush) every time. But in today's day and age it is difficult. Especially with technology! I constantly find myself checking my iphone for the bitcoin price or for a new post on facebook. It has become such a bad habit that I start to feel anxious when I have misplaced my phone. This is why in the morning, I sit for twenty minutes without any electronics and focus on my breath. If I eat a lot of pizza today, I am going to be aware of that. This means that I won't order 2 boxes of pizza the very next day. I will wait for a while and then I will order a pizza so that the taste of pizza has the same effect from when I first had it. So please do let me know your struggles guys and I hope this post helped someone today!
