I agree with a part of your post but for me and based on my own experience lack of money is for sure a cause of sadness and having money is a cause of happiness. based on one or even hundreds stories you shall not conclude and generalize that money is not happiness ? have u ever seen poor children living in India or Afghanistan or Africa where they have to work when they are 4 or 5 years old ? and please don't be fooled by one or two pictures that go viral on the media showing them happy and smiling. Money creates wonder my friend.
