She passed! That makes 5 out of 6 in total!
And that leaves only one more!
I wanted to celebrate the success with something she really enjoys but also 'in line' with Steemfat.
Once you start looking for alternatives for things you find the most crazy stuff.
Cauliflower crusts for pizza for instance!
Who knew!
I prepared the pizza on the green egg with the pizza stone.
They came out really nice.
It's not 100% like a normal crust (obviously) but right up there taste wise!
Maybe not 100% healthy either but not too bad. (They are also small).
So, not an everyday thing to eat but once in a while it's the right thing :)
Especially with this good news!

Wow congrts to Bianca @exyle that leaves only one more to go till the stress will go for you both. I have heard of this cauliflower crust for pizzas before and tried it and couldn't taste too much difference, they could be ordered in different sizes I do believe eventually the company stopped making them.

I have never had a cauliflower pizza crust but I would imagine that done on the green egg it would turn out crispy which is the way I like it! It looks delicious. I see cauliflower used as a substitute for a lot of stuff, but I just can't do it. There are a lot of veggies I eat now that I am older that I would't touch when I was a kid, but cauliflower isn't one of them. My wife claims it doesn't have any flavor so she doesn't see what my problem is, but I disagree. Awesome that Bianca passed her tests. Congrats!
