As I write this, I remember a quote by Corrie Ten Boom, "Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength."
In today's times, worrying has been a trend in our lives. Every person we see around us or know about seems worried about some or the other thing. People today have forgotten the meaning of patience, sacrifice, harmony, and the joy of living. People have forgotten the real meaning of life and are stepping ahead with modern values. Living a modern life, going to late-night parties, coming home late, spending money on unnecessary stuff, excess use of smartphones has been a part of their lives.
However, being modern is not a bad idea. The thing is, along with modernity, people are overlooking the simplicity and peace within life. They are running to be millionaires and losing a lot amidst all this(their family, time, moments, health, and much more).
Again, yearn for money is not a bad idea. But people must realize that everything takes time. They can get whatever they want in life with their dedication, hard work, and commitment towards it. Rather than comparing themselves with other people, they must work hard for what they do not have and be thankful for what they already have.
Jealousy, feelings of inferiority, hatred, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, guilt, low self-esteem, negativity, are the extreme causes of stress these days. Oh Gosh! How hard is life today!
Well, to take it another way, life is not that hard, it's upon us to how we see and look upon the difficult times in life. People must learn the art of handling problems gracefully. They must realize that worrying is a sin.
Worrying means telling the Almighty that you do not have faith in him and that he can't handle the problems of your life. Worrying means telling God that you do not rely on him who created you and ordained your days while you were still unformed.
So, when we worry about any particular situation life, we convey that we do not trust Almighty. And we must not do that. God created us, he has so many beautiful plans for us, and he is always ready to shower endless blessings on us. All we need to do is have blind faith in him and continuously move ahead in life.
Whenever you feel worried about anything, close your eyes, and take the name of the Almighty. Your fear will vanish in seconds. Everything is in God's hands. Let him worry about us, and he'll beautifully shape our destiny.
Do you ever look at the birds flying in the sky? The birds you see do not worry about anything. Do you ever wonder why? It is because the birds know that no matter what, the Almighty is there to look upon them and feed them whenever hungry. They know that the Almighty will take care of them and as well as their kids. So, if birds can think that much, live with full positivism, and leave everything up to God, are we worse than them? Can't we too leave everything up to who created us, and is the reason for our existence? We indeed can do this! All we need to do is hold our heart tight and blindly believe in the power of Almighty.
Keep it plain, simple, and explicit! Do the work with dedication, enthusiasm, consistency, and commitment. And rest, leave up to God! The Almighty will sort your way out and shower on you all the happiness in the world you deserve!
