Choose What You Want to Be

Life is beautiful. The truth is, it is not always like butterfly, roses and rainbows. You have to face challenges in life. There are mistakes, failures, and disappointment. When you are going through tough time, you know how hard it is to keep up with everything. It seems everything is going to fall apart. And what happens, you never ever expect that, not even in your nightmare.

It is what it is. When you face the reality, it might break your heart. You might see no hopes. You feel lonely, lost, depressed and helpless. You wish you could go back to the past and fix everything. But time always moves forward. You cannot go back to the past.

So do you still have a choice?

Yes, you do. No matter where you are, you can start doing something today and you will see that things start changing. For example, you want to be more healthy and fit. Then you have to choose what to eat. Eat healthy, drink enough water, and get enough sleep. You should spend some time doing exercise. If you like walking or running, you can get up early in the morning and go out for a walk or run. You can go to the gym or yoga class. If you do these things consistently, you will definitely be slim, fit and healthy.

You can do anything you want. You always have a choice. Yes, it is not easy to choose sometimes. You have to struggle and sacrifice a lot of things to do what you want to do. It is you who have to decide ultimately. You are what you choose to be.
