Get out of the gossip trip. Don't get caught up in all the symbolism. Excise the flinch in the flesh. Calm conquers all. How about trade a flinch in the flesh for a joy in the heart. The fair trade not aid bit. Do the part.

Day was fine. Although that creeped feeling from the weirdo dream crept into the day. Now I'm coming back to feeling Ultra Normal. Dispel the gossip pit. We don't need it. Will be better to watch what you think with interest. Try to figure yourself out rather than getting caught up by being stuck in a story. Feel the situation out, much of it has to do with subtly, subtitles of speech too.

It was a hotter nicer day, wind was calm, spent a little more time outside. Went and sat out for awhile this evening when it cooled down. Someone we know is helping us out on some work related projects. We haven't seen them in a long time so spending some time with them too. So we will get to spend sometime with someone extra for awhile. Could make for some alright nights. My dads friend so older guy. I think that's good. We are having an alright work season to get us through. Perhaps towards a more relaxed summer time. That would be ideal, doesn't usually happen, I feel a change though, life coming to grips, more equipped.

So hopefully don't get spooked out again in tonights dream land. I will try and just relax. Many of the disturbing thoughts are leaving. Although you have to deal with them upfront for the patterns to change. Deal with it in a tangible way. Not just in your head, more out there in the real world. Keep asking the pertinent questions on the quest. Can find a dynamic understanding.

I feel alright, tomorrow should be a fine day, glad we have a little crew going on here.
