Ingredients :
1kg Jengkol Tua
1 liter coconut milk from 1 coconut I for 2 parts thick and watered
Spices are smoothed:
2ons red chili criticism
7 red onion seeds
4 garlic seeds
1/2 spoon mkn cilantro
3 pecan seeds
Salt to taste & seasoning
Seruas Ginger (burn)
turmeric (turmeric)
3lovely bay leaves
1 lemongrass (geprek)
Slightly brown sugar
Oil to taste for sauteing
How to cook :
Wash clean jengkol drain then geprek
heat pan stir fry all the spices that have been mashed stir if it is rising enter the jengkol and coconut milk dilute cook until its water shrink then add the thick coconut milk let to boil and shrink coconut milk then test taste stir and then serve
