Ingredients :
1 kg of chicken
1 liter coconut milk, can ditambh or reduced according to taste (from 1/2 grains of coconut)
10 fruit belimbing wuluh (cut 1 cm)
3 pieces of green tomatoes (cut)
6 bay leaves
6 orange leaves
20 whole chili seeds
2 stalks of lemongrass
to taste salt, sugar and pepper powder
1 galangal segment
1 segment of ginger
8 cloves of red onion
6 cloves of garlic
Steps:
Prepare all ingredients and wash.
Cut chicken according to taste, should be cut slightly to be easily wrapped.
heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, enter lemongrass, ginger and galangal, mix well, enter chicken stir until change color, pour coconut milk, mix well, seasoning salt, sugar and pepper powder, cook until boiling, taste test when it is fit to turn off the fire.
stack 2 pieces of banana leaf that is a little wide of the sliced belimbing wuluh, green tomatoes, whole cayenne, bay leaf and teared orange leaves, lay some chicken pieces and pour sauce, wrap the shape of the tum, the semat with stick / toothpicks, do until out.
steam chicken in a heated oven first, steam for 20-30 minutes curleb, lift, serve immediately ..
