We all have deal with this more times than we can remember. As somebody that gets a sore throat just by breathing cold air (last time it happened to me... This morning), I decided to leave you some advices to deal with since It's one of the most illness.

Keep It Wet: Have you noticed that the it seems to get worse in the morning? This is because the throat dries out during the night. If this is your case, treat yourself with a candy or with anything that stimulates the production of saliva, will serve to keep the throat wet. Drinking water will also help.

Sodium Bicarbonate: As somebody that has done it, I can tell you it helps minimize the injuries that can occur during a very bad cold. Add a tablespoon of baking soda to a glass of warm water and gargle with this preparation about three times a day.

Honey: Even though i am not a honey lover, having a dose of three tablespoons of honey a day helps to clear the throat and relieve pain.
