Life gets monotonous sometimes. Like today I am bored, and it’s just the start of the week. I’m bored because I did not have enough good work to do today. Actually I have lots to do but I am not in the mood. Motivation has not taken over me yet. The food I prepared didn’t come out to be well because I wasn’t prepare it with my full heart.

In life, there are days with a high and other days with a low. And all of us go through such days some or the other time. What’s important is how we deal with them.
Now such days can be extremely depressing and can demotivate anyone. But staying demotivated cannot help, right? So what do we do? Do we continue to stay sad or rather do we try to get out of such monotony and find something to make us happy?

Let’s see what things we can do to feel better:
You couldn’t cook good food. No worries Hun!! Order something good for yourself. Just pick up your phone, select your favorite dish and place an order! Good food is always a mood changer and helps to soothe out things.
How long has it been that you haven’t seen your favorite movie? Try that. Watch a movie that you love and that cheers you up. Or if you don’t want to repeat, go for some chilled out casual comedy movie that will give you giggles.
Listen to your favorite music. Good music is a great stress buster and helps to lighten your mood.
Go out for a walk in a good, green environment. Green plants and colorful flowers bring a smile on our face. Fresh air is the best thing to eat and it definitely helps your mind blossom.
So, don’t continue with your blues!! Deep breathe and relax and do what can cheer you up because staying Sad is not good for our health!!
