So glad that you turned it up. I would be in a panic if I misplaced mine, for many of the same reasons. Our little sporting accessories can add up to some real money these days. Next to last rangefinder I bought I used exactly one time. Brought it up to range an elk, and set it down to get ready for the shot. Never did see it again...I have a lanyard on it now.
