- You probably are deviating from your good habits
Do you have overload work tasks but you wouldn't want to do it? Yes it always get to the point like that. Most of the people spend their time on the things they thought mattered most that some already forgot to eat healthy foods, have at least a 5 minute exercise each day, and socialize with their friends. BUT YOU ARE DIFFERENT! Set your priorities. How and what to do? Go back to your good habits of sleeping early, drinking 8-12 glasses of water and more. Do one thing at a time. No pressure needed, and feel how wonderful life is.
- You no longer find escape
What if your boss just told you, "You gotta keep working hard! I'm paying you man! I'm feeding your family". But oops no no no... Stop right there breathe in and breathe out. Workloads will always be there. Do you think you deserve to visit a place? Go out, you don't have to spend years of your life staying doomed and not breathing. Don't suffocate yourself! Go to the forest, ocean, park. Relax, it increases productivity
- You have no time for other people
10hrs? 12hrs? 14hrs? You can do more? Cases are you will end up burn out! Did I hit the jackpot? The reports and papers has to be passed next week because of running deadlines but how are you? What are the results of all you've been doing lately?
- You lose sight of the bigger picture
Go back to your dreams. Stop working for the dreams of others and start working on yours!
You need the money, yes but is it the real thing that you want in your life? Why do you have to stay there?
Find your purpose. You don't need others approval, you don't need to stay just because you're either fearful or doubtful of where you'll go if you leave. It's alright :) I assure you. It will always be. Be patient and love life
