Eating Healthier....

When I got home from work today, on the countertop was a box of Organic Honey Oat Crunch, by the makers of Cascadian Farm.

I will admit, it is pretty good.. Not what I was expecting!!!

I guess the family is going to try and start eating a little better.. We'll see how long that lasts... LOL...

Maybe we'll stick with it for a while, and I'm sure we will all start feeling a lot better.

Body wise,, and hopefully I will have more energy.. HOPEFULLY...

Looks to me that, the ingredients are better than some of the other Non- Organic cereals out on the market..

I will fess up,, I used to eat most of the cereals on the market, but I haven't ate any cereal for about a year,, until now..

I must tell myself, to start eating only 1 bowl of cereal, and not 2... LOL...
