Flower lantana camara

The scientific name of the ugliness is Lantana camara, belonging to the verbenaceae family. Plants originally from tropical America are enriched with various important substances. The leaves contain volatile oil (humulene), lantadene A and B. This leaves have antipruritus, antiswelling, and emeticum properties. It also contains terpidene, lantonalic acid, ß caryophyllene, lantic acid, p-cymene, and a pinene. The flowers and roots are hemostatic, while the roots alone have anti-toxic, antipyretic, analgesic properties. Flower is quite varied, like yellow, pink, white, etc. The shape is beautiful and clustered.
