Health is Wealth .
Truly said whatever we do today with our body everyday makes the body acquainted with the process as the time progresses . Every man in this world is running towards wealth which they ironically think is the essence for happiness but little do they know that happiness from wealth is short termed whereas the internal wellness is must for happiness they need to experience through out their life even if they don't have wealth . The most important part of one's life is health and they have to strive for it to keep it in good form . Never mess up with it or it will mess up your life .
I am going to share few health tips which help you maximize your happiness and thus help you live a strong and meaningful life
1.taking cold showers
2.doing 50 pushups everyday before taking a shower
3.drinking water throughout the day
4.drinking water as soon as I wake up
5.reading before bed
6.meditating for at least 5 minutes a day
7.running or going to the gym at least 3 times a week
8.not using my phone as soon as I wake up
9.writing on Steemit everyday
