Since my last update I switched places with @driptorchpress and started working as a wildland firefighter. He's staying home with the kids. So far we are both liking the arrangement.
I wish I had done this years ago. My nagging depression has all but diasappeared and I am healthier than I have been my whole life. Hiking still makes me nervous, I hate being the slowest person on the crew, but I know that I'm getting better incrementally.
I probably still won't update very frequently on here. I'm not much of a writer. That's my husband's thing :) But I will still be posting memes and pictures from my adventures.
