The first step in learning is actually learning. The more you learn, the better equipped you will be to deal with any situation. So, don't be scared to challenge yourself. Remember, when you are challenged, your brain reacts by learning.
Another aspect of learning is finding what you'll need to accomplish your goals. Once you've done that, you can start to set goals for yourself. And, the more goals you have, the easier it becomes to get there.

But, if you think about it, a lot of times it's easier to learn something by switching to a different routine. This is the reason that most people have trouble learning anything new, no matter how much they may wish they could. This is one reason why real learning needs to involve a willingness to accept any challenge that comes your way. and an open mind.

One reason why people struggle with their goals is that they believe that there's a better way of doing things. They don't want to learn the truth. Instead, they focus on what they think is best about a particular task, instead of the details that go into it. Once they find out what they were doing wrong, they can then change their ways to learn more efficiently. and effectively. Real learning also requires an attitude. If you allow yourself to accept failures, you'll discover that they're not really failures at all, but opportunities to improve and grow. and expand.
