When You Love You Work, Life is so much better. I've been trough many courses in school trying to find my "calling". Then I started working with kids in daycare centers, wich I "liked". I also tried massage therapy, wich I "liked". I became a nurse, while doing my nursing courses, I "liked" it. But it's only at 41 years old that I began loving my job. I got a position in a rehabilitation residence for the mentally disabled. I tell you I couldn't be happier!
If you're in a position you "like", I do encourage you not to stop searching for the job you will love, because there is nothing compare to that.
You have to ask yourself what was it that motivated you when you were young. Often enough it's our childhood dreams that guides us in finding our true calling.
When you've found what ignites you, start changing some little things around you to start the process. Bigger things will then start happening by themselves around you and without even noticing it, you'll be at your dream position.
It was my wish to work in a place like this. But at that time it didn't even exist!! So I started working as a nurse in a psychiatric ward in an hospital. It was as close as I could get to my dream. I "liked" it, but there was something missing. Then it happened, I heard about this house that was only a project, I applied as a nurse and got the job. I got exactly what I wanted and nothing's missing anymore.
Of course you have to put your heart into it. You have to make changes but nothing drastic. Just believe in yourself :)
