Introduction to Gene Keys- Unlocking the higher purpose hidden in your DNA, part 1

I have recently came across a teaching which completely blew my mind. Gene Keys evolved from Human Design system, as a more open concept of it and was inspired by the thousands years old I Ching – The Book of Changes. Richard Rudd, the founder of Gene Keys, spent decades in deep contemplation when the cosmic wisdom contained in human DNA was revealed to him in a moment of self-realization. Unlike many teachings, Gene Keys are a self-teaching transmission that awakens within you, rather than a structure imposed from outside through a set discipline or teacher. You can tailor your Gene Keys adventure trusting your own intuition and imagination.

I think that one really has to literally get sick of his/hers own suffering, to realize that any suffering really is self created. And as such, it is totally optional (yet necessary to reach this point of realization of false self- ego). This was a fundamental breaking point for me in my mid twenties. I realized that it is NOT others and outside world with its billions of ever-changing conditions (things that can go wrong) which was the source of my unhappiness, but my attachment to the outcome, my constant fight to control life, my desire to shape it certain way, to stay clear of pain and seek more pleasure. I was seeking the Truth through many different teachings and techniques. Only to finally realize that all the spiritual paths point towards the same Truth within. Richard Rudd's Gene Keys is a powerful and beautiful tool how to reach the inner peace and unlock the highest potential hidden in your genes by embracing your fears (transcending your “shadow frequencies”) rather then running away from them.

Before I dive deeper, let me tell you how I found Gene Keys. Recently I underwent a deep inner transformation which put me in a temporary state of complete transcendence of ego (bliss beyond words) but also set off an avalanche of deep inner fears which were literally killing me. In that time of turbulence, a new life coach befriended me on facebook because she loved my art and asked me if I unlocked my potential as an artist through Gene Keys. I had not idea so I looked it up on youtube and this video made me cry so hard (and it still makes me cry!) as the flash of remembering and synchronicity flooded my whole being! I bought the book the same day. Spoken by Richard himself, the Gene Key 2- enjoy!

In the words of Richard Rudd himself: “If I had to say in a single line what Gene Keys are, I would say they are a universal language made up of 64 genetic archetypes. If I had to say what they do- they allow you to completely re-envision yourself and recreate your life at a level limited only by your own imagination.”

As I mentioned, Gene Keys major influence was the ancient I Ching. Generations of sages used I Ching as an oracular tool to make clear decisions in harmony with nature. More than this however, the I Ching provides an extensive digital map of the energy dynamics within all living systems. This is especially fascinating because of its mathematical similarity to the human genetic code. In a very simplified way:
Our DNA is composed of two strands of nucleotides, as perfect reflection of each other (binary pattern), same as Yin & Yang foundation of I Ching. Genetic code is made up of 4 bases arranged in groupings of 3, relating to an amino acid forming 64 different codons. Similarly, there are 4 basic permutation of Yin and Yang, arranged in groups of 3 (trigrams). Same as in DNA molecule, each trigram has a partner (reflection), creating hexagrams. There are 64 hexagrams in the I Ching.

The 64 Gene Keys are the core archetype found in every conceivable aspect of our Universe. The 64-bit matrix is integral to physics, biology, music, geometry, architecture, computer programming and most fields of human research and endeavor. DNA is based on this same 64-fold geometry, making us a holographic microcosm of the entire cosmos.

All recent breakthroughs in quantum physics confirms Gene Keys wisdom and further undermines the still widely accepted Darwinist model. What it boils down to is simply this: you can never be a victim of your DNA. Neither can you be a victim of fate. You can only be victim of your attitude.
You alone are the architect of your evolution.

Every thought you think, every feeling you have, every word you utter and every action you take directly programs your genes and therefore your reality. Consequently, at a quantum level, you create the environment that programs your genes (that is hard to swallow/imagine for some). In line with this comes another realization- the “brain” of any cell is not the nucleus (that is just the engine room) but the membrane. On organ level this means- brain is not the most “intelligent” in human body. It is the area of solar plexus, which is far more complex and links us to infinitely more superior wisdom of Universe. As the new humanity awakens, our focus will shift from our minds to our heart.

This is how the cover of Gene Keys book look. It's a big book and it has over 530 pages (sorry guys:). I would have never believed that I'd bring such a bulk on a backpacking trip yet that is exactly what I am doing now and it proved to be the most essential part of my equipment!

CONTEMPLATION

There are three classic paths that lead towards higher consciousness: meditation, concentration and contemplation. All of them lead to final goal- absorption, which culminates in an enlightened view of nature of reality. Gene Keys are best approached through Contemplation, which is rooted in corpus callosum (part of brain connecting the two hemispheres). You take an object for your contemplation and focus your whole being on it but without any effort or tension. This is how Gene Keys are best approached- in a spirit of deep relaxation. True intelligence is activated through the patience and softness of the heart, and only later confirmed by the mind. Here you need to be a lover of mystery with a beginner's mind, rather than arriving as an expert determined to solve a riddle.
Remember- Gene Keys are more about dismantling concepts rather than adding any new ones!

I have been studying Gene Keys for only couple of weeks and I have experienced amazing surges of remembering and heart opening states of understanding without ever checking my hologenetic profile. The deep resonance with the truth contained in the book came with pretty much every gene key I read so far, not only those specific to me. Nevertheless, knowing your time and place of birth can accelerate the transcendence of shadow frequencies by focusing first on the areas which define you the best. To put it simply- it gives you a map and tools how to step on the path, but you alone have to walk that path.

I simply love the fact that it does not go against any other mystical teachings of any enlightened master- it just sheds a beam of light and understanding on it, and amplifies the message of Universal Truth with clarity.

Me just about when I discovered Gene Keys some 3 months ago
