But anxiety for longer periods of time can be very harmful and can have detrimental effects on your mental health as well as physical health. Everything in moderation is good, and the same goes for anxiety as well. Too much of anxiety can make a person bedridden and can create other mental health problems like stress and depression. But, luckily, there is a way to cure everything in life, to some degree. Hence, even anxiety can be cured with the help of a few steps that could turn you back to the happy person that you once were.

Go for a stroll in a park

You can reduce your anxiety by going for a walk in a park. We as humans have found solace in greenery for thousands of years. It can be incredibly exhausting, and can make you feel a little empty. We waste almost an entire day on our phones browsing through posts of other people, while we should focus on the important things in life, like our family, our health, our problems. It has been proven by a research at Kent State University that people who spend several hours on the phone tend do be more depressed and anxious than those who do not.

Get a pet

The most important thing you should do when you are anxious is to get a pet. Whether you like dogs or cats, it does not matter. Just having a pet around you can give you a sense of calmness. You feel lively, and happier because there is always someone beside you. You never have to think all those anxious thoughts because your pet will always be playing with you. Looking after your dog or cat or any other pet can give you a sense of responsibility, it can make you more orderly. But most importantly it will reduce feelings of depression, loneliness and isolation.

Getting a massage can relieve your anxiety. Many people are not aware of the benefits of getting a good full body massage. We go through our days with so much stress and anxiety, every day is hard, we work all day and come home to rest and wake up again only to realize that there is more stress in our bodies that has been storing up each day. With the help of a masseuse or a masseur, you can get instant relief from pain and stress and feel relaxed.

If you are not eating healthy, then that could be a reason of your anxiety. Eating good food can make a person instantly happy. According to studies, eating a banana can reduce anxiety immediately. Incorporating numerous vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, especially fish in your diet can give you the right amount of daily nutrients so you can feel energized. Drinking green tea can help relieve stress. Eating fish can have the same effects. According to researchers, this works because fish has omega-3 fatty acids which can help prolong life and reduce the effects of anxiety and stress.

Hello, when I read your article I confess that I felt certainly identified with some
of practices to reduce anxiety It seems to you that we should add some measures that help to manage the source of anxiety, it is likely that these are situations that are beyond our control, but there must be some way to address the problem and not the consequences.
