How To Sleep, to be Well Rested. Morpheus embrace

Hi guys, if you spend time on steemit at night you probably don't get the minimum hours required for your body to fully recuperate. You might want to know more about sleep and how you could get more of it and increase it's quality. So i decided to do some research about sleep and share it with you.

Margaret Thatcher use to sleep no more than 4 hours a night. Nikola Tesla thought that sleeping is a waist of time, he use to sleep 2 hours per night. How to sleep well and effectively?

Its not the length but the depth of our sleep that has a meaning for our state of being. The position in which we sleep can have a influence on our complexion for the day to come.

Even if sleeping is a natural state, more than 40% of the population has problems whit falling a sleep and with sleeping in general. In other to sleep well, you must deeply fatigue the brain. What is that fatigues the brain the most ? The brain must be fatigued emotionally and intellectually.

Physical activity is also very important. Paradoxically intellectual fatigue isn't the key factor for a good night sleep. Do to contrary crowded thoughts makes sleeping difficult.

Going to Bed early is a Bad Idea ?
The feeling of deep fatigue comes to the adult body usually after 16 to 17 hours of activity. At the time, when we feel sleepy we should lay down and this will certainly result in a sleep that is righteous and deserved.

Going to bed earlier whit the intention to have a good night sleep won't necessarily give hoped results, because the brain won't be adequately fatigued. When we are exhausted and go to bed we move from one side to the other without being able to fall asleep. We are getting more fatigued and stressed by this state of being.

Social Conversation is what Fatigues us the Most.
To break this bad habit , simply get out of bed and engage in a calm and relaxing task and go to bed once more when you start feeling sleepy. From the brain's point of view it is the social conversations that fatigues the most. We get stimulus from all directions and they are well diversified - intellectual, emotional and physical. We feel relaxed but the brain fonctions at its maximum and it will be easier to fall asleep afterwards.

The length of sleep that should be from 6 to 8 hours isn't that important as its depth. Now, longstanding habits can help us at this point. Waking the same time as well as evening spent doing something relaxing and pleasant - reading, calm conversation, movie, a walk in good company will certainly help us fall asleep in a healthy and regenerative sleep.

Tesla Slept 2 hours
If we can't prolonge our sleep and we sleep less, this could be our nature. The examples of well known persons show us that this vexation sometimes leads us to success. Like Donald Trump sleeps 3 to 4 hours a night because he wants to outrival the opponents.
Margaret Thatcher slept not more than 4 hours at night. Nikola Tesla, owner of almost 300 patents thought that sleeping is a waist of time. Slept 2 hours a night.

One More Thing - The position in which we sleep in can have an effect on wrinkles. The majority sleep in the embryonic position , on the side. This is not good for the spine nor the skin complexion. The lungs dont get enough oxygen. This results in having puffy eyes upon awakening and a grey complexion. Pressing down your face in the pillow accelerated the formation of wrinkles. The best way to sleep is on your back with arms on the side.
