II. There are 3 basic ways how our brain changes:
1. Transferring chemical signals, triggers action and reaction (Short term improvement, 1 week)
- The nutrition you consume
2.Altering its structure, can change the connection between neurons ( Long term improvement takes time)
- The habit you chose
3. Altering its function, Increase its excitability
- The challenges you face
Together they support learning. Why can't you learn what you choose? What is that limits and facilitate brains?
III. Major Limitation and Primary Drive of the Brain
Major Limitation of The Brain is "Variability of the Brain"
The Primary driver is your Behavior, you have to do the work, increase struggle during practice leads to more learning and greater structural change in the brain. However it can be positive or negative.
There is no one-size all approach, no recipe for learning. There is no single intervention. To optimize outcome each individual require their own intervention.
Behaviors that you employ every day personalizes learning. Each of us will change our brain differently. Study "How you learn best and break that habits that are not". Learning is about Doing the work. New appreciation of how magnificent your brain is. Everything you do and encounter is changing your brain and that can be for the better or for worse.
so, Go out and build the Brain you want.
