I left corporate America 5 years ago to start my own business. I was in management so used to working lots of hours. I then started my own real estate investing company. I was working 7 days a week, 365 days a year and 16 hour days. So after 5 years, I have sold quite a bit off and now travel full time. You are so right in what it takes to own a business and most people don't really understand the time, energy and commitment.
