Quick and Easy recipe

Hello steemian😄

I really loves being home where I am comfortable. Where pajamas and ponytail is my fashion. I have never actually had to hire a babysitter because I'm always home loved to do household chores especially cooking. I wanna share a recipe, one quick and easy dinner that you can make for your family...Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients for meatballs:
1/2 kl.ground pork
1 small carrots minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium egg
Oil for frying

Ingredient for the sauce:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium onion sliced
1 small carrot cut into strips or flower
1 small red bell pepper julienned
1 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Procedure:
In one medium sized bowl mix the ground pork, carrots, salt, ground pepper, egg and flour together until well combined. Form into balls then set aside. Preheat oil in a medium sized pan fry meatballs until golden brown about 8 to 10 minutes then set aside.

Make the sauce, heat a pan, pour in cooking oil, put the onion, carrots, bell pepper, saute for 3 minutes add in the sweet chilli sauce and pineapple juice. Put in the fried meatballs. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes in a low heat until sauce is a bit thick and its done.
Serve and share with family, enjoy eating!!!22548994_1507035376058188_4350962790480567233_o.jpg
