A little while spent with Nature, enjoying some us time for a nice change.🐿🌼🌸😁

I woke up to a cooler day, still sunny, warm with a little wind, more bearable than it has been. Not that i had much time to enjoy it. We had planned to take hubby's mums food shopping down to her, with being in isolation i have added her shopping needs to my own list, disinfect it all then take it down for her as she lives alone. With the isolation rules lifting, we are now allowed to meet family but still keeping the 2m distance.

His mum lives in flats that have a beautiful garden, they have seats placed outside, you have to be quick or else the seats are filled quickly, we had to take her a camping chair for her to keep so she always has a seat when needed. There garden is in sections, we sat under the beautiful tree's, next time i will be sitting in the sunnier part as that's were all the action is.

Here is hubby enjoying 5 minutes with Nature.

It was lovely and relaxing even though the flats are built next to a very busy road, where we were sitting we could only hear the birds singing. There where a few birds Magpie's & blackbirds, there was others, sorry i don't know what there called. I love tree's, i find them very relaxing. We were surrounded by them and they hung over us. While i was there i sorted out a problem mum in law had with her phone, she couldn't find out how to get a balance as she didn't want to go over her allowance, i have now sorted her with a free number for her to phone where she will get through to an automated service where she can check her balance or pay her bill.

There was so much going on in the tree's, birds singing and Squirrels, i am sure there would have been a lot more wildlife there, if i had more time i would have had a walk around and stayed a lot longer.

Whilst we were sitting chatting i noticed a Squirrel having a drink. We met one of the other residents who told us he fills the bird trays & water pots everyday to help the wildlife, he also said there is 4 Squirrels, unfortunately we only got to see the little grey one.

The next time we visit his mum i am taking my Nikon camera to take a few shots of the garden, i am going to have a explore whilst hubby and his mum are chatting. I think they need to add a few Hedgehog, Bee & Butterfly houses with more Flowers to bring more wildlife into the area.

We couldn't stay very long as hubby needed to start making dinner whilst i had to do some weeding. There isn't much to do in the garden apart from weeding, weeding done i now get a couple of days free to fill my garden journal then hopefully my jiffy pods will be here so i can get on with planting more seeds. We have seen a weather forecast for the next few days, rain, cloudy with winds. Mother Nature is going to take over my watering job. That is me finished for the day, hope your having great day 😁
