Another day in the garden for me. 🌼🌺🐝 Round 2 seeds planted 🌼🌺Feel good but shattered 😪💤

Another lovely warm dry day, another perfect day spent gardening. I got out of bed today excited to get out into the garden. It wasn't as warm as yesterday but as the day wore on the warmer it got. I planned on doing as much as i could to keep myself one step ahead with plans. I already have Round 1 seeds growing, now is the time to start round 2 as received my parcel of Seeds pods.

One hundred perfect little pods that are helping me plant seeds so much easier than using compost. Its amazing how much these little ones swell plus seeds seem to love them.

I made room in my greenhouse yesterday by planting the Sunflower & Hollyhocks in to bigger pots. I had to wait until our food shopping had been to help clean it then put it away, once that was done i spent the rest of the day gardening whilst hubby relaxed in front of the TV.

Round 2 seeds, i filled a tray with these little pods them kept adding water until they were big enough and the compost was movable. I planted 20 Aubrieta gave them a little more water then added them to my greenhouse.

I used the lid from the above green trays, i filled one with little pods adding water until they were larger enough to plant a seed. I Planted Hollyhocks, Cornflower & Forget me nots, I got so may pods into the tray giving more seeds to play with, I am going to be needing a lot more pods as i only have a small amount left for Round 3. The photo below shows how much these pods swell, they are such a clever idea and so easy to plant it larger pots once the seedling is strong enough.

I had to wiggle a few things around in my green house to fit another tray in, its now full, nothing else can go in until i take some out. They have all been watered and zipped up again until tomorrow when i go and check on them. It won't be long before i am planting Borage, Cornflower, SweetPea & Poppys Into larger pots. I have seen a few Bee's hanging around, flying from the Lavender to my Raspberry bush, these extra flowers will be more for them to keep them busy.

was pleased with myself for getting that done, next will be a bit more clean up around the garden plus i have a few Crocus bulbs that didn't do very well so i will have to clean those up to get ready for my planters to be filled. Its a fab feeling seeing a little plant grow and know it was you own work.

Gardening finished for the day time to wash the dogs, with having 3 dogs we have to work together. Hubby got in his knees with Luna sat there looking sad, I hold the shower and dog shampoo over hubby's head and Nichola sits at the bathroom door ready to dry each one. It took us a while to get them washed then dried, we then sat outside in the garden with the pups whilst they dried off properly. They are all sound asleep now and smelling so much better. All 3 hate getting showered, Mika grumbles the whole time but when i am out watering the garden she loves to try and eat the water as its spraying out of the hose, its freezing cold and she loves it. Anyway i am shattered now, had a great day, loads done, now time to chill out.
