Hi all! I'm new to STEEMIT & I absolutely LOVE the site! I just wanted to share my life story so please don't break me, I'm fragile! So I'm a 29 year old from Indiana & am extremely high functioning with autism. I am a programmer of 17 - 1 / 2 years & self-taught in 26 total computer languages.
Being autistic sometimes can be really difficult but I am one who strives for perfection so I don't usually let it bother me that much. It is like a double-edged sword, it can be both a curse & a gift all at the same time. My cursed gift as I like to call it has allowed me to open so many doors that would otherwise be closed to most people in their lives. One of those many doors is programming.
I have been learning programming since I was 12 years old & love it very much as it is what keeps me sane in hard times! Over the years, I have learned HTML, HTML5, CSS, PHP, MySQL, MySQLi, Blitz3D, PureBasic, DarkBasic Pro, Visual Basic 6.0 & so many others. I am very experienced with website building & both 2D & 3D code. Anyway, ever since I can remember, all I wanted to ever be is an entrepreneur, work for myself & strive to be the best I can be!
Slowly but surely, I am getting there! I am currently working on some tutorial lessons using a wonderful 3D Javascript library known as "Babylon.js"! In the recent past, however, I was using another wonderful yet incomplete 3D Javascript library known as "Three.js". These both are VERY awesome & powerful full 3D Javascript libraries that allow you to literally create a full 3D game & have it work at full speed in any of the most recent web browsers!
Anyway, I am writing this while half-awake so I will continue with this story later if you the readers would like for me to. It has been a pleasure telling you about a day in my life & I hope to have more up very very soon! I hope you all enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it! Thank You & have a good day!
