The well adjusted personality/maturity

A well-advised individual is one who fits in well and easily to surrounding and other persons; the person is amiable and makes realiable efforts to change situations even when adaptation us not possible this they do by applying personal talents and abilities constructively and successfully.
The well adjusted person is realistic and able to face facts whether they are pleasant or not and is able to deal with them instead of merely worrying or denying them. The same goes for matured persons they are independent, they easily form reasonable opinions and act on them. They seek out information and advices before making up their mind or taking any decision and when that is done, they are ready to face the consequences of their decisions. Both personalities have the ability to show and accept love and affection, they also allow others the opportunity to express themselves fully.
Their other characteristics include:

• The ability to make long-range choices and to forego immediate pleasures for the sake of a longer-range goal; they readily re-evaluate their goals and change them if necessary.
• They do not get angry but their anger is indicated at rational targets, never loosing sight of the reason for their anger and what they hope to accomplish on the long run.
• They usually love their work and carry it out well but they never see it as a do or die situation.
• They carry people along.
• They do not spend time worrying about situations or blaming others, rather, they continue to deepen their understanding of others and try to inspire them positively.
  Importantly, they monitor and maintain their emotional growth which ultimately keep them in a good and acceptable health condition. Naturally, only few people meet all these qualifications that make up the ideal, developed and matured personality just as there are also few people that are in a perfect physical health condition all the time.
  Nevertheless we should all press on and aim on getting it right for our health sake.
