Hello everything today i will re-post about the recipe milk martabak cheese how very easy following following recipe:

Material :
125 g medium protein flour (triangle)
1 tbsp milk powder
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
175 ml Water
A pinch of salt.
.
.

Other materials:
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved in 1 tbsp of water) mixed into the dough before the dough goes into pan martabak / teflon.

How to make :

  1. Shake all ingredients with mixer (low speed) until well blended / no longer bergerindil. Shake with whisk hand can also yes.
  2. Rest the dough for 1 hour
  3. Heat teflon / pan martabak (I use teflon diameter 22)
  4. Enter the baking soda before pouring the dough into teflon. Stir well.
  5. Then pour the batter into the hot teflon. Leave until the holes appear. Sprinkle the sugar. Cover the pan and leave to mature. Lift.
  6. Immediately rub with butter, add grated cheese, and sweetened condensed milk. Split into 2 parts, stack. Smear the surface of the outer skin with butter / margarine. Cut pieces afterwards serve on your dining table
