PUT A SHARK IN YOUR TANK

The Japanese, like the Spaniards, are extremely consumers of fish, of fresh fish. However, there was a time when the waters near Japan had slowly lost their flow of fish. So, to feed the Japanese population, especially the sushi consumers, the fishing boats were made larger and so they could go, offshore, even further.

The farther the fishermen went, the longer it took them to return to the coast to deliver their production. If the trip took several days, the fish was no longer fresh; and the Japanese do not like the taste of fish when it is not fresh.

To solve this problem, fishing companies installed freezers on fishing vessels. That way they could fish and put the fish in refrigeration. In addition, these freezers made it easier for the boats to go fishing even further and for a longer time.
However, the Japanese restaurants noticed the difference between the taste, and definitely did not like the frozen fish. Therefore, frozen fish had to be sold cheaper.

Then the companies decided to install large tanks for the fish in the fishing boats. That way they could fish the fish, put them alive in the tanks, and keep them that way until they reached the coast of Japan. That seemed to be the solution.
But, after a while of navigation, the fish stopped moving or moved lazily in the tank. They were boring and tired but alive. Unfortunately, the Japanese also noticed the difference in taste: when the fish stop moving for days, they lose their fresh flavor. Demand began to fall again.

¿How did Japanese fishing companies solve this problem then? ¿ How they managed to bring fish flavored fresh fish? Well, in a very simple way: to keep the fish fresh and firm taste, the fishing companies placed them inside the tanks in the fishing boats, only they put inside the tanks a small shark!

Of course the shark will have some fish, but the others arrive very, very alive ... This threat flapping around them challenges the fish that have to swim frantically during the whole journey inside the tank if they want to stay alive and not be sacrificed.

In life you have to be in constant movement, so put a shark in your tank.
