Love your advice, I am 3 months into my weightloss journey. It was so hard at first drinking water and cutting sugary drinks. I started off making small changes with my lifestyle too but its now paying off. We need to change that perception that its about living a healthy lifestyle not the "all or nothing" mentality.

You are so correct! The "all or nothing" mentality just isn't sustainable and it doesn't make living a healthy lifestyle fun. In my opinion that's what it is all about, being the healthiest, happiest you! :)
