Well that is very true. If you keep your mind occupied with other things than yourself such as happy thoughts then you will not have any time for doubt.

It is important that you realize that the reason you are writing in your journal is so that you can deal with the doubt and fear. When you write in your journal you will also be putting yourself in control of your situation. That way, you will be in a position to deal with the fear - not the other way around!

How can you deal with doubt and fear? You will have to start getting rid of the negative thoughts first. Once you are able to start focusing on something other than your doubt and fear, then you will start feeling better. When you get rid of these, then you will start to notice that doubt and fear start to melt away. The more you practice getting rid of these negative thoughts, the more your confidence will increase. When it increases, you will feel more confident and you will be able to deal with the situation that will come.

Now, it is time for you to make up your mind to believe that you can actually achieve your goals. You have to be sure that you are going to be able to deal with all of the challenges that you will face. In order to do this, you will have to put aside all of your negative thinking and concentrate on what you want to achieve. As long as you are sure that you can deal with it, then you will feel positive about it and you will be able to succeed!
