I wish I had a cool story to tell behind this bruise . Something like a fight defending someone , or even a bad ass martial arts class. But no ! It’s more like the man I vowed to love in sickness and in health. The man I decided it wasn’t going to work out with and broke away from .
The thing is when you have children together and have to co-parent , there really is no breaking away from. Even tho he doesn’t live with me , he still tries to control my life . And obviously when things don’t go his way , he feels threatened, or he thinks someone else is in my life, these types of bruises are the result.

I’ve dealt with my share of both physical and emotional abuse. I am a pretty strong woman who doesn’t take anyone’s crap in general , but when it comes to my husband, he’s pretty controlling and gets in my head . I hope you can get past it and not allow him to have that control over you. :(
