Pause throughout the day!

Rushing one task after another became the new normal. Although it's quite difficult to keep the patience, level of productivity, and most importantly be mindful throughout the day. But one simple thing can help us a lot to keep all these. And that is taking a break. Yeah, you heard it right!

I know, nowadays people don't take it positively if someone is not working for a while. We have to understand that, taking a break is nothing to do with laziness but it actually makes us more productive. And pausing throughout the day can make us even better at work.

Let me give you an example!

If you have to very busy at the office and don't get enough time for a break, you will notice how stressful it feels. So, if you take a short break after a meeting, after working on a project you can release the stress more easily. Also, this practice can be incorporated into our everyday life too. Take a break, breath, relax, have a healthy drink. This little pause is a great way to shift our focus from work and release stress.

Breathing practice can help a lot to pause. Take a deep breath, do in and out mindfully, just for a few minutes and you will find your body calming down. This also helps to relax our brain muscle and thus give us a peaceful feeling. Whenever you are feeling anxious, or feel like you need a break but don't have time; do this. Make this a habit and you will feel a lot better gradually.

You see, pausing throughout the day is not that difficult. Just put a little intention and you can make it a habit!
