Guess why it's easier for some to achieve their goals than others...

How daydreaming might be pulling you away from your goal.

You are more likely to develop a new habit by acknowledging the effort this will take and committing to taking it one step at a time then if you daydream about how good it will feel, as that gives you an instant (false) sense of accomplishment and tricks your brain into believing it’s already been done.

If you can’t do it now, you probably won’t do it tomorrow.

Instead of thinking of the result, think of the first steps that will lead to that results. This helps your brain picture easy tasks and make it possible to achieve.

Now go on and start achieving!

Too cocky?
