I'm no doctor, let that be clear. But, as most dietists, doctors and other experts on nutrition say: breakfast is in fact the most important meal of the day.
Maybe if your force feeding yourself in the morning,then yeah skip breakfast.I personally gotta eat breakfast.I think it's more to do with the time you've last ate the day before.If you're a late night snack type of person maybe you should skip breakfast.Just my thoughts on this subject.👍🏾
