Hi, all steemians how are you all? we work in the day by day or whole night but we think that what happens if we regularly work in the whole night.

The night shift is the dead zone of employment. Whether you're a nurse, a concierge, a security guard, or any one of those brazen folks who dares take on what most consider the worst shifts imaginable, we salute you!

But while the peace and quiet that, very occasionally, occurs may sound ideal—because, hey, you can finally finish reading that book you've been on since 1984, there's more to working the night shift than you'd think. Don't believe us?

These are the truths; these are the things no one tells you about working the night shift.

Why are you thinking so? In fact, in a recently published study paper, it has been claimed that, if girls work up the whole night, then their breast, skin, and stomach can increase the risk of cancer. But what's the relation between night work & cancer?

According to the Meta-Analysis of China's Sichuan University researcher, working on a day-to-day night, the cell division inside the body cannot be exactly the same. As a result, the risk of the birth of cancer cells increased by about 19 percent. But it is not the end here, researchers analyzed about 114,628 cancer studies collected from more than one country in South America, Europe, Australia and Asia, and found that the possibility of having skin cancer increases by about 41 percent if knee shift. With this increase, 32 percent is likely to lead to breast cancer.

Actually, there is a biological clock inside our body. This clock registers all the work from sleeping to sleeping at night. That is, when the body has to do any work, it basically directs this biological clock. Now if someone starts working at the place of sleeping at night, then the biological clock cannot understand what to do in such a situation. As a result, the body started working outside the rules, because of which adverse effects started on the body. And due to such a day, insomnia in the very first place causes a headache. Along with that, there is a gradual and more complicated disorder. As a result, the chances of death arises suddenly.

Three US researchers have recently been awarded the Nublay Prize after conducting research on the biological clock. Their studies have shown that driving a biological clock is a serious danger! The phenomena that increase the likelihood of these occurrences are ...

  • Increases the risk of developing diabetes:

Multiple studies have shown that after working for a long time in the night, some changes on the inside of the body begin to change that the effect of insulin began to decline. As a result, blood sugar levels started to grow naturally. There is a possibility of type 2 diabetes infections.

  • The weight continues to grow:

If you wake up day and night, food cannot be properly digested. As a result of the increase in the incidence of gas-ocular, on the one hand, weights also start to grow. And as you all know that when weight increases, there is a deadly disease such as sugar, pressure and cholesterol and nerves in the body. As a result, life expectancy decreases.

  • Memory strength is reduced:

It's time to take the brain comfort at night. So, working on day-to-day, gradually the memory power starts to decrease. Along with this, depression, hypolar disorder, slow cognitive function, loss of memory, and other problems arise.

  • Disease resistance decreases:

Studies have shown that when working in the night, stress hormone like cortisol hormones increases significantly. As a result of the ability to work all night, the resistance to the disease decreases altogether. As a result, many diseases do not take time to sit down. In fact, stress increases if the hormone increases, causing stress also increases, which is harmful to the body.
