Guys, I badly need your advice. I just finished browsing google but they didn't seem to be helpful. They're just saying the same things. I weigh like 119 lbs last year and now I'm almost reaching 150 lbs. After I found how heavy I am, I started to freak out and it is so stressing me out. I mean since last year, I didn't change my lifestyle or completely didn't change anything. My daily routine, the foods that I'm eating, and how much I'm eating.
Guys, if you got some tips for me, please let me know.
