From the beginning, I want to tell you that the story of the two wolves, because they are the protagonists, aims to make us think that negative thinking is something as normal.
Provided we never underestimate how far it can become dangerous, favoring the negative inner dialogue.
Negative ideas have a powerful effect on human thinking, managing to almost completely destroy everyone's life.

A Cherokee tribe chief used a legend with two wolves to send him a life lesson to his nephew.

Maintaining stressors / feeding them-as in the wolf-story-and everything that causes us anger, despondency, does not really benefit mental well-being.
The constant mental saturation transforms us very quickly and takes our thinking, preparing it for the worst.
Let's stop such a cycle soon! We have the power to change the quality of awareness, to reconnect the inner dialogue. It actually means a simple mental cleansing.
We should note all the mental "misery" we eat (the material that feeds our evil wolf). Writing them, we become aware of the habits and the aspects of life that do not help us.
Let's try to eliminate or minimize any damaging thing for two weeks, checking from time to time the inner dialogue. Has it changed? Does the good wolf gain ground?
The way to experience the world is in the privacy of one's own mind. We hold the ultimate power in our own inner kingdom, so pay special attention to this kind of mental environment that we create ourselves.
Our own ideas can be our worst enemies if we leave them unhindered. The long battle with the evil wolf can be won strategically, because we have the ability to choose.
