The way of our life can take a new turn when the questions we are starting to ask are different. For years we have been living on fast forward, putting an equal sign between life and work, confusing simple knowledge with friends, being convinced that there is no other way. At a critical time, I began evaluating my own life, 360 degrees, looking for the answer to the questions "am I happy?", "How would I want to be, what would I do?". From that moment, nothing was the same. But how?

In recent years, I have asked these questions, I have redefined my own values, goals, goals. At this point my life looks like a pencil sketch on which I create a painting on the canvas with the best brushes and watercolors. Every cell of my body knows how she wants to feel, my thoughts and neural pathways feel the difference, and my physical body is ready to act.

I am an expert in my own life and (I hope) an inspiring model for some people. As a coach, I am like a guide that accompanies you by asking yourself questions that you will find the answer yourself when you feel prepared. It takes courage, inner motivation, honesty and openness to accept that there may be an "improved version" of the one you are. When you really know you live the amazement and the joy that you have made it possible.
