Reaching Out to the Less Fortunate || An Act of Love

in life •  7 years ago

Some are blessed with a good family status, economic status and many more. We are lucky enough to be part of those fortunate ones.

Just recently , we had this opportunity to reach out to those barangays which are less fortunate. Me and my co-student teachers were very dedicated and cooperative in finding learners that are no longer studying and has an old age but still interested to pursue their studies. Thank God , we met a lot of learners from different places with different stories. Our mobile teacher was with us as we find learners and also, one of our enrolled learner helped us in finding learners. We've been at dumpsite where we can really see the reality. We saw young ladies carrying their babies, dirty children, dirty places, very small houses and many more.

That day, I realized that what I know about my city is just a drop, what I don't know about my city is an ocean.
