How to relieve the mid-week stress .......

We all go through a lot of stress everyday and it seems like an everyday daily thin g that we never get used to. Here are some tips for the mid week stress buggers to get rid of it asap

Green tea- green tea lowers stress 

Exercise- This works because it gives one confidence and lowers hormones 

writing- write about what you stressing about this works 

Candle light- scented candles are always relaxing and calming the fragrance always works for me 

chew gum- not only is chewing gum satisfying but also creates blood flow to the brain 

Laugh out loud- laughing is said to be the best medication this creates positive feelings

How true all we do it seems in today's world is stress. I would like to say how can we stop stressing . The work is such that each day we have more and more to do,just to earn a living.
I think we should stop and find something to do and to earn a living that we love doing. This is the only way to stop stressing.
